We are a seven doctor practice working from purpose built premises having transferred from a historic building in central Dunfermline to be nearer our practice population. We work as a Primary Health Care Team with help from health and social care providers within our practice area.

The forms will be available to fill in from 7am-12pm Mon-Fri, If the capacity has been reached before 12pm the service will automatically be switched off. The service will also be switched off on Public holidays and or any practice closures.
